    Sounds like we need to find Mr Atoz and the atavachron (had to look up the exact name for that) to travel back to the time period of our choosing to avoid our doom. I am placing pre-Justin Bieber and American Idol high on my list of my criteria. Perhaps an alternate timeline where Glenn Miller and Stevie Ray Vaughn each live proper long lives and continue to make music to the end like Benny Goodman.
    Although I might be able to accept a frozen landscape 5,000 years ago if a highly attractive woman is included as well.
