Inappropriate Thoughts About Fictional Characters

The young son of one of my congregants just got introduced to Scooby-Doo, and I overheard him questioning a slightly older boy about why they always split up, and why it's always Fred and Daphne going off together, and Shaggy and Scooby going off, sometimes with Velma, sometimes she's alone. I really had to bite my lip hard to keep from laughing, and then after that, to keep from saying any age-inappropriate spoilers.

I still remember being around 9 or 10, and suddenly realizing..."Wait a minute! What if Fred and Daphne always go off together so they can get it on?! Heeeeey!!!" What followed might have been my first media-inspired hard-on.

Also, totally separate note, having just re-read the entire run (so far) of Jim Butcher's Dresden Chronicles, including short stories and whatnot, I find myself thinking naughty things about Molly Carpenter. I don't usually go for blondes, or for pierced chicks, but she seems like she really knows how to have a good time in the sack, and she really needs a decent guy to satisfy her.
