Ever since baby #1 i squirt every single time I orgasm. I had a few squirting orgasms pre-baby but now I ALWAYS have them. Its very inconvenient. When I have a big one I can soak through a quadruple folded bath sheet. It started off being really hot, but now its just inconvenient.

Okay, maybe I need to start a new thread for this one, or look a little harder for an existing one, but despite feeling like I discovered the pleasures of my body very early on (with the shower spray, but that's another story;)) I am definitely quite new to the idea of squirting. In response to the first post, I really can't imagine for a minute that it would be a problem for your partner. As those before me have said already, the fact that it is a clear sign that you are enjoying yourself, and particularly to the point that you are helplessly out of control of your body is seriously seriously sexy. What I would like to know from people however (other than those who have shared this already) is what suggestions anyone has for trying to achieve it?!

  4. One really important thing no one seems to touch on is *why* a woman's body should be able do this. And there's a really cool reason. Granted right now it seems to be just a theory but I totally believe it.

It's a general cleansing mechanism, including UTI prevention!

The software here is preventing me from posting a link because I'm brand new to TFP, so I have to break this up. But, see

Excerpts from the abstract: We hypothesize that female ejaculation has a unique function in producing a secretion into the urethra that provides protection from urinary tract infections (UTIs). We also hypothesize that retention of prostatic tissue and an ability to ejaculate its glandular secretion were maintained in women because these traits provided an evolutionary advantage. Specifically: (1) women who could ejaculate antimicrobial secretions into the urethra were less likely to suffer UTIs (particularly coitus-induced UTIs), (2) women without UTIs were more likely to be receptive to coitus at a greater frequency, (3) women engaging in frequent coitus were more likely to become pregnant, and (4) women who became pregnant often were more likely to successfully reproduce the species.

So, if you are ejaculating it means you are in excellent sexual health! I love this theory because a) it helps this seemingly unusual thing make total sense, b) explains why women should enjoy it, and why stimulation around the urethra should trigger it, and c) because it explains why many men find it so hot! Just like big, healthy breasts say to us "good child-bearer", we instinctively recognize signs of reproductive health & likelihood of many successful pregnancies, and squirting is one of them.

Also, here is a clip from (of all things) the Oprah Winfrey Show with Dr. Brothers talking about FE with a caller.

I'm going to start a new thread on this, so please look for it, but if anyone following this one has thoughts on the subject I'd appreciate them:

As for myself, alas, I have never experienced female ejaculation except through pornography, but it totally fascinates me.

My wife is a high-octane career woman. We have always had a good sex life, but between her job as a physician and our three kids we're generally too tired for any sex, much less experimentation. Although the kids are getting older and we're finding a little more free time. We had some binges of experimentation this past summer.

I've been talking about ejaculation with her and she's kind of warming to the idea. (Starting with the idea of reducing UTIs helped, I think.) But my question is this:
She has recently had bladder surgery -- specifically a urethral sling -- to address incontinence post childbirth. I'm glad she's done it because she was just miserable from wetting her pants all the time (though during sex it was never a problem as far as I knew). Does anyone know from experience whether that kind of procedure helps, hurts, is neutral, or even completely prevents the ability for a woman to ejaculate?

Thanks very much. As I say I'll start a new thread on this so look for that and reply there.
