so I get this email saying you guys miss me, I popped in to see what's been going on and come across this thread... for the last 45 minutes I've been reading each and every post... I'm bawling my eyes out... so what if it's 8:45 on a sunday morning, I'm fixing myself a drink

oh, meant to say, two years ago mar came up to visit us... met her 10 miles away so she could follow me to the house... it was pouring down rain... as we got off the hiway, when phil's fave, joe cocker's "you can leave yer hat on", starts to play... we pulled in the drive and I told her what was playing on the radio when she said, "I don't know what made me change the station but I heard it too." we both burst into tears and gave each other a huge hug and the sun came out

I'm glad that this thread was bumped.

Somehow between my departure from the previous TFP and later rejoining this version, I missed much of Phil's posting. The support & respect shown to him is awesome.
