Food Favourite soft drink

Mountain Dew Code Red. Love it

 

My body seems to be very sensitive to stimulants these days, sugar being one of them. So I tend to avoid soft drinks in favour of fruit juices. But if I had to choose, I'd have to say Fanta grape.

 

I don't like red cream soda as much, or orange. Cherry is okay, but vanilla is definitely the reigning favorite.

 

diet Ginger Ale is what I tend to drink most often. Coke Zero is the other.

 

Short of guzzling down fresh ginger root purée, agreed, and Reed's is considerably tastier. I've found it ideal for stomach troubles, in particular.

 

Ive just had some Ka Black Grape drink... its beautiful!

 

Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Don't know if you can get it outside of Australia, but it's the best ginger beer I've ever had.

 

There are some here with some interesting tastes....

I'm a Coca Cola guy... anything else is just a pretender!

Ginger beer is so incredibly delicious. The only problem is my wife hates the taste and smell of ginger (she is chinese and her grandma force fed her ginger while she was growing up to keep her from getting sick, so she's developed quite the aversion to it), so if I have some, I don't get kisses. Obviously this is a problem.

For more mundane purposes, I'd go with a nice root beer or cream soda.

For even more mundane purposes, Dr. Pepper (especially the real sugar kind that you can only get from the factory in Waco!).

 

I don't generally drink soft drinks, but I occasionally enjoy a sip of Mexican coke. Sometimes, I'll try small brand sodas if they look interesting.

 

Dont drink much soda but when I do its gotta be root beer. IBC specifically.

I was at Wegmans the other day and they had the most amazing coke machine ever. Basically it allowed you to customize almost any coke product. It had a touch screen where you selected an ordinary coke product (such as coke, diet coke, coke zero, sprite, etc) then it allowed you to add flavors to it. You could add normal things such as cherry or lime, but it also had orange, strawberry, or raspberry. So you could make interesting products such as raspberry coke, or vanilla sprite. I could have played with the machine for hours!

 

That is why I mix it vodka.

 

I used to LOVE Dr. Pepper. Sadly something has happened to my taste buds since the last relapse, so drinking soda is so gross to me. I haven't really drank soda all that much in recent history, but sometimes I would crave it and automatically go for the Dr. P.

I did drink quite a bit of soda this past week while on vacation and every time I took a sip I'd say, "bleh." I can't seem to learn my lesson.

Now it's pretty much Kool Aid for me because I'm 7 apparently...until I add vodka.
