I can say that I'm smaller than average and have never had problems getting or retaining females. After the usual amount of years sleeping around and dating I'm now safely married with two kids and my penis had no place in the marriage vows

 

To all you guys born within the last 50 years - If you feel your penis is smaller than it should be - there may be a perfectly legitimate reason and something concrete to blame it on. Two reasons, actually. You only need to pick the one you like best.
