    150 miles North of SOUTHERNMOST POINT IN THE US
    Another thread that got me thinking...PRIME STEAK from COSTCO about 2"thick cut, (not cheap, but) marinated, salt and peppered, about 7 minutes on side in our WEBER gas grille.."rested" for a few minutes, sliced and served with a CAESAR SALAD.
