    I always get my flu shot. I typically react strongly to it... get knocked out for a few days.
    Mostly because I have a crappy immune system. But, I've never gotten the flu.
    Which, I'm sure, would knock me into the hospital.

    I'm going to get mine tomorrow as I usually get a sore arm from the experience.

    I've been faithfully getting mine since I lost my spleen. I also have to, every 5 years, get a few more vaccines that most people can ignore. Knock on wood, I haven't been majorly sick for many years.
