Like everyone recommended, take a Yoga class. I spent a year taking Yoga and noticed improvement in balance and flexibility. Try it out.

hmmmmm I suggest you consult your doctor! Find the cause! If it is stiffness Yoga certainly helps, If it is a sprain or muscle tear Yoga could cause trouble....
    Get well soon

I suffer from back pain as well. Doctors I've spoken to can't seem to find the cause. Martian suggested trying yoga to relieve the pain. Go figure it truly dose work.

As mentioned I did start out in yoga studios to learn the basics. It's probably the wisest choice. If you're uncomfortable in attending classes you are able to hire a yoga instructor to come to your home to teach you. However I'm sure that's quite expensive. Myself, I don't like going to classes anymore. I don't like the cost and the crowd. Therefore I do my classes on My Yoga Online. It's a wonderful Canadian website. So on days when my back is particularly killing me I can quickly find a video to follow and relieve my pain. When taking studio classes. I was only able to relieve my pain on days when my class was scheduled. So you see there are pros and cons with each option. Do what you think is best.
