    Wonderful recipes!!! Always enjoy seeing how things are prepared, makes it much easier to try new techniques for visual and/or kinesthetic learners. This one reminds me of meat pies and could totally be make vegetarian with TVP or veggie sausage! I think husband and kids would dig them! :D Great thread!

    UPDATE: We've made them with both veggie shepherd's pie and veggie coconut curry. The curry are the house faves now lol, and next time we'll probably make our own bread, but hey they work great for a fast and warm lunch! We poured the filling into silicone ice cube trays, so have them in bags in the freezer ready to go. :)
