Bigger penis.

That was one of my other jokes.
It's a good thing my tongue is longer than my penis.

 

It's a guy thing (ha.....ha.....ha). For some guys the insecurity never really goes away, despite how good their sexual experiences have been. I count myself fortunate that I've never had a woman say--at least to my face--that she wished that I had a bigger dick. I've had some backhanded 'compliments' that I've previously posted.

 

It's amazing to me how much one word changes everything...

"You have a pretty big penis" = a compliment to many men.

"You ARE a pretty big penis" = not so good to hear...

 

That's all very well, but what was the standard deviation...

 

Thankfully, this is never something I've had to worry about. I've had some good compliments from women, and I guess I just took them at their word when they said it was the biggest they had ever seen.

 

An interesting note from that study:

Was there a correlation between the quality of the women's compliments and the amount of money they were being paid?

 

I've always been self-consciousness about my very average size. Having spent a lot of time in Europe going to many a nude beach, it was never my gear people were staring at. There was always some guy bruising his knees as his junk swung back and forth like a baby's arm dangling between his legs. I've wanted to try using a pump but I'm too cheap to spend that much money without some guarantee of results. From what I hear here that isn't gonna happen.

 

From what I've read and seen, some of the sources being real medical science, there is nothing that gives permanant or statisfactory results. Pumps give temporary size increase. Surgery can give results, but the increase is relatively minor.

Speaking for myself, there's no way I would undergo surgery on my penis unless the results were impressive AND proven, and the risks were minimal.

According to my wife and what other women have said & written, being a little or a lot sore in the outer vagina from vigorous physical sex is tolerable. Being sore, i.e. bruised, deep in the vagina is very painful and takes longer to heal.

 

As has been mentioned in this thread....

Certain positions can be used achieve deeper penetration, while some positions don't work if the penis won't reach. I, and many guys, would like to have the flexibility & strength of a gymnist along with a penis long enough to try every imaginable position, but that's not reality. The same reality that not all women want to be pushed to their physical limits by a huge penis.

Conversely, some positions don't work for some women if the guy is too big. And there are positions, and times, when well-endowed guys can't go balls deep and/or jackhammer.

If you and your partner care about making the sex good, you'll figure out what works and what doesn't work.

The majority of the responses from women clearly indicate that women aren't that concerned about penis size.

The majority of the responses from men indicate that men, in general, worry too much about their penis size.

On one of the amateur porn sites a couple posted a few vids. I noticed that many people, most likely stupid little boys, posted negative and sometimes nasty comments about the size of the guys penis. The woman posted a reply that I think is great, "I didn't marry my husband's penis, I married my husband."

 

Yes x10. That's why I mentioned using different positions. I can make a small adjustment for a different angle and drive my wife crazy. Me getting her off several times before actual intercourse is no mistake, it's intentional. Of course it helps that she doesn't get overly sensitive after a few orgasms.

It all comes (pun!) down to doing what works for each partner.

With all that said, the last thing I want is to be compared to other guys, especially if the unwanted comaparisons involve descriptions of positions that I can't achieve, guys with superhuman staying power, etc. Some guys might say "Wow, that's amazing, tell me more." But not me. Thankfully most women pick up on that vibe. I welcome suggestions, that's how we learn, but I don't need to hear that they were learned from another guy. "I like this & that" is much better than "I liked it when he did this & that." Perhaps that would be a good topic for a new thread?
