I think that's my problem. I just have too much stuff. It's obscene.

I threw out a ton of stuff before our move in May. I need to purge some more of the older eyeshadows that I'm unlikely to wear.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure that Timbuk2 makes it any more. This is pretty close, though: Temptest Shoulder Bag

I'm not a big purse person, as I've had terrible luck with having them stolen or forgetting them places. I love this bag because it's a crossbody bag, so I pretty much never take it off when I'm out of the house, and it fits my EpiPen and inhaler.

@GeneticShift, that's much cooler than the blue cheese dressing jar I'm using to store my brushes, lol.

That is what I need. But I would forget what was in there!

    This arrived yesterday[IMG]

My office is overloaded. I'm not complaining - except for lack of a way to effectively and efficiently categorize. I'm thinking I'd like floor to ceiling bookshelves so I can see everything. Not sure I'm handy enough to pull off making them myself.

I can't imagine my life without Dipbrow now. I did my eyebrows Saturday morning before we left for a long, hot day in Central Oregon at a beer festival before camping. My eyebrows still looked great when we got home Sunday night. As someone who is always accidentally smudging stuff, I'm constantly amazed at the performance Dipbrow provides. It was completely worth the price tag.

    I know I previously stated I wouldn't wear it every day...but I do now.

It's addictive once you get used to it. I feel weird leaving the house without my brows on. It makes such a difference!

It really does. I feel more put together with my brows on.

I'm kind of on the fence about ordering more from them. Some of the shades irritated my eyes. Might just save up for some real Naked palettes.

A skincare find that I'm not sure I mentioned here: Hada Labo's hyaluronic acid toner. It's really more of a serum applied before moisturizer in order to achieve "mochi-hada," or skin like a mochi rice cake. What I find hilarious is that my skin really does feel like mochi at the moment, all soft and plump. The Americanized version is available at Ulta.

My morning routine is: rinse face in shower, apply the hyaluronic acid toner straight out of the shower and pat until sticky, then apply a layer of Cetaphil, followed by a thin layer of Aquaphor to seal it in. I pat my sunscreen in over the top of all of this. At night, I remove my makeup with Clinique's Take the Day Off Balm, cleanse with my Avene cleansing milk, apply the Hada Labo toner again, then Cerave in the tub, followed by Aquaphor. I'm working some AHAs into my routine at the moment, too--I picked up these Alpha Hydrox 14% glycolic swipes, and I typically apply those in the morning half an hour before my shower, just because glycolic can be a little harsh.

I am completely addicted to this stuff I found when I got home... totally hijacked my man's medicine cabinet.
In less than 24 hours, my 2 lip cracks healed completely and my lips are soooo smooth.
Anemoi lip balm by Eloquent Animal... slight chocolate mint scent, but no taste and none of that weird oily feeling.

I also stole some of their beard oil from the hubs (the name kills me... "Merkin Silk," I had to laugh) and hit a few dry patches of skin that I had been fighting for months with the disgusting Louisiana chlorine water. It's got a bergamot-lime scent that I actually like... not usually a fan of bergamot. But the argan oil and vitamin e almost cleared it up overnight.
I sound like a commercial, ha ha, but I'm totally in love with this stuff.

Hey, does anyone have any recs for a drugstore eyeliner pencil? I tried the Scandaleyes Kohl and didn't care for it. I'm looking for something with relative precision that will give me a very late-90s waterline.

Wish me luck... I'm going to brave Sephora today. I stole some of the organic argan oil from the Eloquent Animal supplies and using that twice a week on my face has helped with the dryness. I'm super allergic and sensitive to everything but the hubs has noticed a lot (out loud) that I don't wear a lot of makeup and it's starting to be noticeable in pictures. I'm going to try to find a tinted moisturizer to use at night and some kind of less complicated eye regimen, and some kind of tinted lip stuff to go over my EA lip balm. I just hope I don't shrivel up and die in there. :( it's so embarrassing to shop for this stuff... I know nothing, I have poor application skills, and I have such skin sensitivities that people. Think I'm making it up. It was bad before accutane... A million times worse now. I tend to cry when I'm nervous, too. That's why I'm doing this when the hubs is out of town. Wish me luck!

I also have to buy bras, pants, underwear, and boots. The horror.

Good luck! I've found matte shadows are less likely to be irritating to my eyes.
