This video with Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry pretty much sums up my feelings.

 

It was a guess, sorry. Physical representations can only observe the effects of energy, not the energy itself.

As a qualifying note, I agree with that sentiment. Newspaper readings and general horoscopes are quite vague, overall many people could say they agree with some of all the Sun sign horoscopes in papers and pamphlets, because they apply to 1/24th of the information available from a full natal chart assessment. (Sun through Pluto, including positions of known asteroids, and the 12 solar houses)

I personally read my current transits for all the planets from the site I've found to be the most detailed and unbiased, called cafeastrology.com , and combined with understanding the aspect of my sign in the Chinese zodiac I have a well cultivated, albeit still incomplete representation of my current state of affairs. It compares all these observed patterns of the planets and stellar houses, against the positions they all were in when I was born.

My goal is to break as much as possible from the energy that began my life, make my own. When I'm not being creative, however, I do fall directly into every one of the observations in my current transits.

then randomize the order with

then I'll pick the one that I think best describes me, have my brother do the same, and give any TFP members who want to guess an opportunity to pick the one that best describes me (let's make a new thread and make it a poll so people can vote before they see the other responses.) Give it a week then you tell us which is the real one. Should be fun, you up for it?
