Dan Quinn was hired as the DC at Dallas.

they are calling it the battle of the old guys.... whose it gonna be Tom or Drew?

The Eagles need a new HC.

College: Quite a few 'experts' questioned why the Ohio State Buckeyes deserved to play for the Championship. The Crimson Tide STOMPED THE SHIT OUT OF the Buckeyes.

yes they did. and many people expected it, Ohio state had quite a few people out due to 19, so they will blame it on that. either way, they didnt deserve to be in it, and wven if Ohio State had everyone Bama would still have beat the shit ouf of them.

Bills are 3 point favorites over Baltimore.
I'm surprised...thought they might be 1 point favorites at best.
If I was inclined to bet on the Ravens I'd take that +3 and run with it.
I bet that number drops as the week goes on.

The Bills offense needs to be ready, needs to play better than they did against the Colts. And the defense. Yes, I'm posting the obvious, but I can see the Ravens defense keeping the Bills offense in check.

And Lamar Jackson still has a boulder on his shoulder.

People questioned the Bills all season, and they kept winning.
But the Bills struggled against the Colts.

The Bills have a long road ahead of them.
I believe the 4 best teams standing right now are the Bills, Chiefs, Packers and Ravens.
For the Bills to win the Super Bowl they will likely have to beat all 3. That's a tall order.
What a gift the Chiefs got from the Steelers!

Agree with the sentiment, and fortunately there ain't a snowball's chance in hell of that happening.

Oh for fuck's sake, the Bears keep the two, least likely to succeed, people. For the love of God, won't somebody think of the fans?

I don't know much about the Bears' management (the Texans keep my bowels well churned), but it might behoove the Bears not to get in the HC scramble that is going to take place soon.

Deshaun Watson, being supported by Andre Johnson? AJ slamming the Texans ownership and front office, calling out Easterby by name?

Or NBA news...Hardin being traded? At least the Rockets made a great deal, well, for draft picks.

    Lol

all of the above, AJ slamming the ownership does not look good for the organization. That just seem to come out of nowhere

Andre is normally a quiet guy. He can understand why Watson is frustrated.

AJ wasted his talent with the Texans. He was well paid (after learning players have agents for good reason), and had a very good career stats wise. The list of pathetic QBs the Texans started when AJ was a productive primary receiver is long (longer if you include the efficient but unspectacular Schaub, before he lost his confidence).

schaub could have been much better. he had his moments.
AJ almost reminds me of Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson as far as great talent on a shitty team, but AJ didnt have to pay any money back

Well...the Rams kept it close for a while. This game would've made my Upset Watch List if I had one.

Three to three. The two missed FGs could cost the Ravens dearly.

Bill O'Brien is moving down, deservedly, back to college as an OC.

    Congrats to the Bills.

Other than the 101 yard run pick six, the game was a yawner. Strong gusty winds, missed FGs, short punts, overthrown passes.

I hope that Lamar Jackson is OK.
