There you are, if you would answer your PM's.... Well bro, I ordered it up......
So, the only complaint I am seeing out there is horrible battery life. How bad is it? And thanks again for the recommendation!

I have had this phone for about a month now and LOVE IT. It's a work tool, a toy, and a conversation starter all in one.
My only real complaint is that the speakerphone is too soft to use other than in a completely quiet room. (Just get a bluetooth headset and the problem is solved!)

Thanks for the input Not A Tame Lion I've been waiting to hear from people who had this phone. I use speakerphone all the time so that might bug me a bit, but I'm sure I can adjust to using a headset (I currently have the V710 so I'm no stranger to bluetooth )
