firefox help stored userid
 

HI all

Thanks for the contiued help given.


Firefox is storing my user id and prompts this with a drop down, as other use my P.C occasionally I wish to stop this, I reinstalled firefox and my previous verion did not has this feature. I know I can clear manually but if it can be automatic every time I finish browsing it would be easier

Do you mean like when you type something into a web form or the search bar?

Tools > Options > Privacy > Saved Form Information
Untick the box. Now it shouldn't save those. You can also disable password saving in there.
