Setting Up Eyeball Chat
 

I just set up Eyeball chat with my new webcamera, and I am having trouble linking to other people with Eyeball chat accounts.

Anyone know something about webcameras and chat - and can hand out some advice?

Stab in the dark here, as I don't use any chat programs.

Have you checked which port this program uses for connection with the internet and do you have a firewall?
If your running XP with SP2, then most likley the firewall is active, and may be blocking the ports the program needs to run.
