Cygwin/X
 

I am tying to use Cyqwin/X while telnet-ing into a remote AIX box and am running into a problem. When I run the "startx" command it goes fine and an window opens. However, I cannot read the text in this window. If I grab the window to stretch it, the text is readable while stretching it, but as soon as I let go, I cannot read it again. It all works fine because if I just ignore the display I can do what i need, but I would really like to be able to read the text.

Any ideas??

What does your .xinitrc file look like? Have you changed any strange settings in it? I'm using Cygwin/X to tunnel into a linux cluster and run various X apps remotely.
