MP3 Playlist Editor that Supports Unicode and Relative Paths
I need to make a playlist with a bunch of Russian songs for my MP3 player in m3u format, and Winamp does not support Unicode, so it gives me question marks instead of titles. Also, I need relative paths so that when I put the playlist on the player, the songs are in the same relative places. Any ideas?
