Finding out who made a certain website
 

Alright well for anyone that knows anything about web sites. Is there any way to find out who made a certain website on angelfire. One of my friends has had a hate website made about him. Just would like to know if there's a way to find out who this person is that created it. I dont want to post the link on this public forum but if anyone can and they need the specific website please PM me.

You could report it to the webmaster of the hosting site. I’m sure a hate site would fall under the improper use section of the agreement they sign when they create an account.
