Loadup/"Skin" Windows XP Issue
Well essentially this problem started when I shut down my computer incorrectly (holding power switch).
Now, I seem to be stuck in some Windows "Classic" mode and my drivers won't start up. At first it just seems like I need to change my skin, but that isn't doing anything. I am utterly confused at what is going on, I've changed my startup boot items and all these other things. I was wondering if anyone could look it over and help me. Thanks. |

Holy fucking shortcuts Batman!
Poor computer probably had a mental breakdown trying to keep track of them all. I ran into a similar problem once, I ended up reformatting to finally get the thing working right again. Probably not what you wanted to hear. If you've got System Restore active, try rolling back to your last known good configuration.

I would also reformat at that point also. EDIT: I did a quick search on the two errors you have and the one thing i keep comming up with is a reinstall is required to fix it

That is a buttload of shortcuts. I too have run into this problem, but it wasn't nearly as spectacular. Unfortunately, even after diagnosing and fixing all the errors that came up for me, I still had problems. It just seemed to shift from one program to the next. I eventually gave up and reformated. That seemed to fix it.
