USB hubs - 2 questions
I'm looking for a good quality USB 2.0 hub, 4 or more ports, powered, for use on a desktop computer (a Mac, but that shouldn't make a difference). I have two questions:
* I saw a statement on one review site that if you plug a USB 1.1 device into a USB 2.0 hub, the entire hub slows down to USB 1.1 speeds. True or false? * Are there any manufacturers to look for or look out for?

Belkins are good. Thats about all that I have used.
If its USB2, the whole bus is 2 and anything 1.x will only go as fast as it will allow, the others will go full speed.
