how to convert .AMR to something else?

i have .amr files from my phone..and i wud like to convert them to maybe... mp3 or wav ...any idea how?

what should i do? please help? thanksss :)

i found a way already...

i got some sony erricson program..tat converts amr to wav and vice versa..sorry i dun have the link..but google helps.
