Outlook Express Won't Send
I have OE set up to send emails through my website's accounts as well as through two Gmail accounts. It's been working fine since the beginning of time pretty much. For some reason, since yesterday sometime it quit sending, yet it can still receive emails through both of those (unrelated) services.
I get different failure notices each time, ranging from not being able to connect to the servers, or the emails being rejected by the recipient's account. I've made no changes to my PC in the last week, so I don't know why it's acting up all of a sudden. Reboots don't work, either. Running WinXp Pro.

which server are you using for outgoing mail? gmail...or your local web server?
Make sure they dont require authentication, and if they do - make sure you have the correct username/password maybe the smtp port (normally 25) got changed and its not sending out at all.. just thinking outloud

Did you download SP2??? Maybe the firewall is blocking that port on your machine. If you have automatic updates turned on, it may have downloaded/installed without your knowledge (i know it prompts you but it's not very obvious)
