Recording Talk Show audio and Computer MP3 Music tracks
I have a few subjects to discuss in case anyone has something to
add or a better way to do it: 1. Recording Talk Show audio (Mono AM Radio). I used a slow (1 1/2 inch per sec?) tape recorder for a while until it broke. NOW I use a Mitsubishi Video Recorder hooked up to an AM radio for recording and a small audio amp. and speaker for playback. It works a lot better than the $129.00 tape recorder and you can record for about 6 hours on a VHS tape set at EP (Extended play). 2. From my Computer with Real Audio's RHAPSODY program installed ,I record music tracks and after selecting music to keep, I play it back using a HI-FI amplifier with Hi-FI speakers (Stereo) and it sounds good to me. I can record it to tape or burn a CD but as I only have dial up Internet the music tracks tend to stop and start as they are buffing up a few times,so I have been using my TOTAL RECORDER computer program to record the music and then tape it when I get enought tracks for a full tape cassette. Is there a better way to do this? If I had cable internet would the music flow be unstopped? What methods do you use? |
