Tucows vs. Download.com
I have used download.com before, but I just heard about Tucows. Tucows looks like it's got a lot of good stuff on it, but is there a way to sort your search results? On download.com, you can arrange the results by #downloads, user ratings, etc. But I don't see anything like that on Tucows. Am I missing something?

I haven't been able to find any sorting mechanisms, but I tend to use TUCOWS because they list good applications, rather than just anything people submit.
I wouldn't use download.com, period. They have been bundling "useful" *cough*spyware*cough* applications within the application that are located in their directory. I've been using Tucows since its inception and have never had a problem with it whatsoever.
