Minimizing screens
Most of the time when I run a program (whether it's something like Sims 2 or ZSNES), it'll start up fine, but keep minimizing whenever there's something graphical going on. I tried updating my drivers, but that didn't work. This is a relatively fresh format (couple weeks old), but this problem happened on the old format as well. Any ideas?
XP home GeForce FX 5200 1024x768 60hz refresh rate Don't know what else to list, since (I don't think) processor, mobo, psu are relevant. |

Do you prehaps also suffer from popups?
I have seen several ad-ware softwares that attempt to grab your screens attention, often at the worst of times. Take a look through your TaskManager process listing, if in doubt, attach a screenie of TaskManager window with ALT+PRINTSCREEN for others to examine. Good luck |

Nope. No popups. The thing is that sometimes everything works perfectly. Then the minimizing starts again.
EDIT: You know what? It's friggin' Folding@home. That's what I get for saving the world... Last edited by Slavakion; 11-24-2004 at 07:35 PM.. |
