Video Editing

Guys can you suggest a program that i can get that edits all video (or .avis and so forth). I wish to be able to insert frames and pictures and I want to be able to edit it frame by frame!

Is there any program that will do this? (I'm testing subliminal messaging on my wife, trying to give up smoking, and it'll be fun to do anyway)

Can youz help?/

Windows Movie Maker should suffice for that type of thing.

TMPGenc, Ulead Media Factory, Adobe Premiere, Soncic MyDVD Deluxe are all capable of editing media clips and are easily found on the web.
Check out this link, you should be able to find most of your answers there.

Bah but you see to get subliminals to work you must cut down to 10 milliseconds tops...

Windows Media player dont do that, and I have Adobe Premiere and Im confused how to do it in that

wwm is good for beginners but gets VERY VERY unfriendly after a awhile

The best easy to use (but still powerful) video editing software is iMovie, unfortunatly it's only for macs. If you have access to a Mac i highly recommend it.

Final cut pro is the daddy of budget priced video edititing, - I also recomend a Mac for this kind of work

Then I suggest you go with the Ulead DVD or Pinnacle Studio products. They are reasonably cheap and easy to use.
