Go to speedguide.net and they have tweak files to change the rates at which IE (if this is what you're using) will allow downloaded files.
I suggest downloading the registry fixes instead of following the directions to doing it yourself. Up above, it certainly doesn't look like you can spell properly, so I don't want you touching your registry.

This registry hack will bump the maximum simultaneous downloads in IE from 2 to 10...
1. Start Registry Editor 2. Locate the following key in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/InternetSettings 3. On the Edit menu, click new DWORD Value , and then add the following registry values: "MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=Dword:0000000a "MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword:0000000a 4. Quit Registry Editor.
