probably a dum q...
when I right click on a phot on an internet site, it automatically saves it as a .bmp image and I cant change it, and the file name is lost (I guess cos it is originally a jpg file?)
Is there anyway I can change this, so I can save pictures as .jpg's when I'm browsing with IE (v 6.0 - and I have XP Home) |
Hey Strange Famous.
I have run into this problem a handfull of times on clients PC's. It happens 99% of the time when your Internet Cache has become currupt. To correct this :- In internet Explorer go to Tools, then Options, select the General tab, and then click the Delete Files button. Restart Internet explorer and all should be fixed. |
clear your cookies and temporary internet files that should solve your problems.
