can anyone shave about 3k off of a gif for me so-as I can use it as an avatar for TFP?

it's just a little too big, and I don't know how to do it

limit is 19.5kb.. this is 19.33 should work?

Try the gifworks site (http://www.gifworks.com/). That's what a lot of people here have used on their avatars to get them down to a decent file size.
