MP3 Recommendations - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

(I hope this in the right forum)

Greetings Everyone,
The time has come and I need a new mp3 player. I had one of the first Rio Riots and I have been more than pleased with it. I am sorely disappointed that it is falling apart and I need another a new player. I need a large harddrive and a radio (I am a CSpan junkie!!!!) Does anyone know of any or can recommend any players that would meet my needs? Does an iPod have a radio? Thanks for any help or suggestions!

The ipod does not have a radio. Unfortunately.

Do they not have a radio accessory for the iPod? It's surprise me if someone didn't make one...

try some headphones that have a radio built into them... you can probably find one really cheap at Radio Shack. as for the mp3s... if you're musically inclined, you could just hum the tunes to yourself.

After a rudimentary search, I found that the iPod has an attachement that will broadcast your tunes to your radio but not a radio itself. If anyone else has any suggestions regarding a player I would very grateful. Thanks

I have a phillips expanium 300.. plays mp3's and cd's... can burn cd with 700meg of mp3's... never managed to get from start to finish in one sitting.....14 plus hours worth per disc
