HELP ME ASAP
Please.... ok, here's the skinny. I borrowed my roommate's camera to take some *ahem* pics. It worked great, batteries fantastic. It's a Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera Model #DMC-LC33. Then as i click again (using self timer function) It just shuts off. Zip, lens closes camera off. WILL NOT turn on again for the life of me I tried replacing with new batteries twice and there are no visual signs of problem. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. I'll be up late so PM me please or post back here. I'm also putting in photgraphy thread because it's a camera. Thoughts? Thanks *sigh*

No, can't even turn the camera on, let alone access the picture screen. Thnk i'm just gonna go buy new batteries (i mean i tried putting other ones in but they're crappy generic batteries so maybe they don't have enough juice in them). I'll figure this stupid thing out.

Here is the manual for the camera.
http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/DMCLC33.PDF Like the others said it's probably the batteries. |

My parents had a Kodak camera that did the same exact thing, it was a known issue. Had to send it back to them for service. Not saying that is your problem, but similar symtoms. Good luck.
