I don't read too many tech funny pages, mostly because the jokes about clueless users get old fast - because I deal with the clueless users all day long.

However, BOFH never fails to make my day :thumbsup:

4 years ago I used to work at a Helpdesk an man oh man, it would be a great dissertation subject for anyone studying Social Psych! Many users and some of the workers there were strange folks...

Some of the recorded helpdesk calls are funny as shit, there used to be some at a site called Helpdeskfunnies but that site is long gone. I found one that has some of the same clips, though:
