Disable IE History??
 

Is there a way (reghack or otherwise) to disable the history feature in IE?

It annoying to keep clearing it out, and the programs that do so usually work on boot, but I leave my maching running 24/7.

I have it set to 0 days, but it still logs webpages from that particular day.

No idea. I have it set to the same thing at work, and it still logs EVERYTHING.

If you don't mind using third-party software to correct this problem, i know there are tonnes of programs that will do it....and many other great things as well.

if not, check the registry hacking websites. There are tonnes of those too.

Try out TweakUI.....lots of features for the paranoid user. Not sure if it will disable it, but it will do it when you log out rather than on boot.

I use Popupcop.... it has a clear cache button :)
