VS.NET and ASP
 
Does anyone know how I can make Visual Studio.NET highlight ASP code the way older versions of visual studio would? I like seeing large chunks of yellow, it helps me out.

Likely not. The direction with ASP.Net is to discourage the use of <% %> blocks in favor of doing the work in the code-behind and using server-side controls.
