MPG's playing in IE?
I reformatted my computer, and now whenever I click a link to a .mpg file on a website, it now asks if I want to open or save the file instead of automatically playing in the window.. How can I get it to go back to the little grey slidered player in the window again? Also clicking yes to open, just makes the window sit there, then when closing it says the window is busy yada yada. Anything?
Also while we're talking about media players, anyone know a good codec pack? |

Yo Munku I'm not sure about the first part, but google these:
Ace Mega codec pack Media Player Classic Real Alternative and I'm a big fan of VLC: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ VLC's interface still needs a lil work but it's a badass cross-platform player that will play just about anything you throw at it, and it doesn't even need codecs |

munku: when you reformatted, you lost your current version of windows media player that will play embedded videos. you're gonna need to download it again and reinstall. microsquash's homepage or oldversion.com will get you there.
