Need help w/ Palm OS
 

I need to update the OS on my handspring visor delux. Right now i'ts running v.3.1H2. I need to be running at least v.3.5. Does anyone know if I can upgrade? how? any links would be supremely appreciated!!!!!

i thought handsprings (and palm pilots in general) had OSes that weren't upgradable because they're coded into the hardware.

Well some of the palms have bios that can be upgraded, however none of the handspring's can be upgraded, sorry. If you look you can find some good deals on the older palm os pda's, I'm looking at a sony sl22 for about 90 dollars.

ggadgit is right, the Handspring OS cannot be upgraded. They licesnsed the OS from Palm and re-worked it for Handspring.

Check e-bay for some used Visors. That's where I got mine.

problem solved... I picked up an m105 and hotsync cable for 20 bucks shipped on ebay!!!
