Rip audio from .avi?
 

I have a video of a concert that I want to rip the audio from. Windows says that the audio is Lame MP3 in the properties tag. Are there any programs available to do this?

You can dump the audio track to a wav with Virtualdub then re-encode to whatever format you wish.
I can't recall a better method at the moment but that will work.

heh beat me to it. That's exactly what I do.

Also, check out total recorder from high criteria...great software for ripping audio.
