Windows NTFS question about CREATOR OWNER

I use groups to manage users in a Windows 2000/XP client-server network. All file permissions are assigned using NTFS and these groups. ACL inheritance is used as well.

Is there any reason I should have the built-in CREATOR OWNER in my ACL? It seems that using the groups and the inheritance would take care of permissions being properly assigned when users (in the group) create new folders and files.

Any thoughts?
