SBC Connection Manager
 

So I just got back from London after three months and my dad upgraded our internet software that SBC gave us. It works ok but it seems like every ~30 minutes is loses connection and the only way to get it up and running is by restarting my computer. I'm really getting tired of restarting my computer by now and I'm wondering why this is happening. First, why do I keep on loosing connection, and second, does the fact that I can only fix it by restarting my computer help us find the answer to the first?

have you had a conversation with tech support? the disconnects may be their line, or their software... good luck, I HATE calling SBC! ;)
