its ok, refresh rates are a bit low, not much tech info on its contrast ranges etc. Probably not good for doing art work or digital image editing, but ok for surfing gaming etc.
|
It should be fine, unless you are doing serious work on it.

Price: $169.00... Holy Crap!
I have never paid more than $100 for a 19inch moniter, but I always buy them used, mostly from work...Good Luck ~Crack |
just got the same monitor about a month ago and love it. dell had it for 185 no tax, free 3 day shipping. probably going to buy a second in a few weeks.
|
Seems like a reasonable price. I don't think you'll like 1600x1200 @ 68 Hz . 68 isn't very nice, but on a 19' you probably won't use that res anyway.
I've bought 21" monitors from merkortech.com twice with good results . Give them a look and only buy the A class. |
would 85hz be better? i found a diffrent one with 85 hz instread of the 68hz
|
Much better Smackre, much better. Merry Christmas.
|
Yeah, Id try to stay about 70 Hz at the minimum. Anything lower and the flickering is pretty visible, and will make your eyes hurt. I run LCDs now, but when I was running CRTs, they ran at 75 Hz.

Thank you Guys,
Merry Christmas |
