Easy CD-DA Extractor is one of the better converters out there. Just queue all the files and choose which format you want them outputted as. It's shareware, but it gets the job done.

If you have matchbox software, it might do the job for you. I use it before but it's been awhile since I last used it...

If you still have the original CDs, I strongly recommend just ripping straight to MP3. MP3 and WMA are both compression techniques that take something out of the song to make the file so small (ideally stuff the average human ear can't hear). Both take out different components of the song, or both have different ways of doing it. Converting to MP3 -> WMA or vice versa will run a filter over the song twice, usually noticibly degrading the quality.
My .2c.. I suggest reripping from the CD if possible. |

I couldn't Google find any iTunes plug-ins to decode WMA files. Rumors abound that WMA will be supported in a future version of iTunes.
You may not be a good candidate for using iTunes. When I ripped my entire CD collection I started using WMA and switched to MP3 based on the proliferation of devices and software that supported MP3 compared to WMA. WMA support is widespread now but I'm sticking with MP3 until AAC has a broader base.
