Signs Your Co-Worker Is a Hacker
Everyone who ticks him or her off gets a $26,000 phone bill.
Has won the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes three years running. When asked for their phone number, they give it in hex. Seems strangely calm whenever the office LAN goes down. Somehow gets HBO on their PC at work. Mumbled, "Oh, puh-leeeez!" 295 times during the movie "The Net." Massive 401k contribution made in half-cent increments. Their video dating profile lists "public-key encryption" among turn-ons. Instead of the "Welcome" voice on AOL, you overhear, "Good Morning, Mr./Ms. President." You hear them murmur, "Let's see you use that VISA card now, Professor "I-Don't-Give-A's-In-Computer-Science!" |
Freakin hilarious, I love it. Only one I don't like is the AOL one. I hope that there's noone out there that knows that much about pc and still uses them. ;)

Haha good stuff.
|
Writes a reboot script that goes out to 3000 clients...... and gets PAID for it :)
then.. knows every damn one of them pesky software sites and offers to break your router to "test your security". |
Hehee. :) Funny post.

good stuff, although i dont know any hacker that would get cought dead using AOL other than the CD's for coasters
|
i really enjoy the 401k comment, myself ;)
|
You tell over the phone your ssn and the guy in the next cubical informs ya your off by two numbers. And he's right
|
They know Unix
Their car has a better computer system than you do. |
Nobody spams thier email account.

"i dont know any hacker that would get cought dead using AOL other than the CD's for coasters"
hell, they're not even good for that. a good coaster has the ability to ABSORB moisture. AOL cds repell moisture, just as they repell anyone with half a brain or more than 2 bytes of computer knowledge. |
I use AOL CD's as pellet/paintball targets. The crack of a cd is easily audible from a good distance, and the change in shininess is too.
|
lol
|
We hang those AOL cd's in the fruit trees to keep the
birds out---you can pick up a whole handfull at the display in Home Depot... |
