Customer Service Awards
 

So, I see a commercial for Dell and it happens to mention, "Dell's awarding winning customer service." That got me to thinking. Who is handing out these awards? Is it Bob from accouting saying, "You guys are alright, here's an award!" Or are they from an outside, more reputable, source. Does anyone know? Much appreciated. Thanks

JD Power and Assosciates is know for judging customer service quality.

Notice that they don't mention WHEN they were award winning.

Dell has been known in the past to have top notch customer service.

However, I can't say that I agree when thinking of my experiences with them and from what my friends have experienced.
