Mac OSX and Windows 2000 server

For school in one of my classes We have to set up a windows 2000 server with active directory....easy...but here's the tricky part. I brought in an ibook running os 10.3 and is there a way to make it log on to a windows 2000 domain controller????

ive been wondering this myself. we have a windows 2003 server acting as a domain controller. as a result i have to use ftp to send files to my mac laptop instead of just browsing the network

:(

been told that you just gotta run an Active Directory clinet, but that it shoudn't be a big deal to log into an AD network...

If you're running OS X arcane you could always just turn on windows file sharing and establish an smb connection to it.

juan's suggestion should do it for you. it should be well documented at apple's site.
