I can't uninstall KaZaa lite

I have windows XP and im trying to delete Kazaa. When i go to remove programs it says, file 'c"/program files/kazaalite/ unis000.dat does not exist. How do i remove Kazaalite? Thanks.

Download it again and install it again.

That should fix the corrupted/removed file.
