Real Media -> to anything else

I know everybody hates Real Player, but this is more of a question about the format than the player. I've got a bunch of South Park episodes in .rm format, but they play awful on my Pocket PC using the RealOne player. The video is choppy. I want to convert them to Divx, Xvid or WM9 format. Is there any way to do this? There's surprisingly little info on the 'net about it.

As far as I know this is the only solution: TINRA
TINRA -> This Is Not Real Anymore :)

Unfortunately it's very-very beta (0.05) and I couldn't get it working with the newer real files. (Though I managed to convert couple of SouthPark episodes myself... :D)

Yeah, the realplayer codec for it only seems to work for Linux. sucky for me. I don't suppose there's a way to get around that for us who only have Windows on our laptops?

Peacy: how did you get a copy of Realplayer G2 that Tinra needs? I have a really old realplayer (8 basic), but the only download I can find is RealOne and obviously I ain't touching that with a 50-ft pole.

You can get Real Alternative here:

Can't. No room for both, and need XP for work (Pocket PC programming). Knoppix with mplayer would be sweet, though. I have a lot of fun messing with Knoppix.

Johnny: That Real Alternative player is a cool rip, but it doesn't seem to have the capability to convert from Real to something else. Or am I totally missing it?
