MSI Geforce Ti 4400 + ViewSonic PS775 issue..
Anyone know what may be the issue here? I have the abovementioned video card and can't recall having issues until the last month or so, when I've been getting a lot of blue dots/dashes showing up on the desktop when i click+drag the mouse around. This also occurrs when scrolling or moving windows around.

The only thing I can suggest is unscrewing your card, taking it out, and putting it back in firmly. If that doesn't fix it, I'd find out if a refund or exchange is possible. Notice I said that that's what I would do, not what everyone else would. I have a VERY short span with PC parts. I RMA them back if my first few attempts don't fix them.

Maybe a heat issue? Make sure that the fan is running on your vid card, maybe take a can of compressed air at the HSF of the vid card. Dust-bunnies suck, but they do build up over time. I don't want to use filters on my many fans, so occasionally I have to dig in and spray the HS's out. Just an idea.

It was definitely a heating problem. I took the case apart and stuck a huge 11" fan up next to the motherboard/vid card and the problem cleared up immediately. Looks like I need to invest in some new case fans. :(
