burning mp3s to cd
Whats the best way to burn mp3s to cd,
do i just grab the files and click burn or is there some great free software that can sort it for you, cause ive got enough mp3s for 5 or so disks and i was wondering if there was some software that would split it up for me |
Are you trying to make a CD that will play in your CD player or are you just making backups of your MP3 collection?
|
basically a backup, but i plan to use it to listen to when im away from home as well
|
Well, if you just want to keep them in MP3 format any old burning software will work fine. I use Nero 6.0 myself, but if you are using windows XP is has built in burning software that works pretty good.
On the other hand, if you want to play them in a CD player, you'll need to convert it to an audio CD. Nero, Roxio and various other programs all do this very well. I don't know of any free burning software that works as well, but if you have a burner then it should have come with some software. |
cool, i think ive figured it out
im new to the wonderful world of cd writers, ohh how blind i was |
